TYPE OF PROGRAM: Adult Basic Education program in a two-year college, open-entry, open-exit, individualized, self-paced, and free of charge.
SERVICES OFFERED: Classes include: basic literacy, classroom instruction in English as a Second Language, citizenship, U.S. history, civics, GED preparation, Pre-vocational, and life skills. Academic assessment, academic counseling, training for volunteers tutors, and work with detention centers (adult and youth) also offered.
COMMUNITIES SERVED: All of the above services are available to residents in Tucumcari and the surrounding communities: Logan, San Jon, Conchas, House, McAlister, Roy, Mosquero, and Clayton.
